Manifest collects minimal information necessary to provide a personalized experience:

• Your name — entered voluntarily on first use, stored locally on your device to personalize your greeting
• Approximate location — used solely to display local weather conditions via the OpenWeatherMap API. We do not store your location.
• Vision board images — the image URLs you select are stored locally on your device using Chrome's built-in storage
• Manifestations — stored locally on your device only

How We Use Your Information

• Your name is used to personalize your daily greeting
• Your location is used to fetch real-time weather for your area
• Your board images and manifestations are stored locally to persist across browser sessions

Data Storage

All personal data is stored locally on your device using Chrome's chrome.storage.local API. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Third-Party Services

• Pexels API — for image search: pexels.com/privacy-policy
• OpenWeatherMap API — for weather data: openweathermap.org/privacy-policy
• Google Fonts — for typography

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. We do not have access to any data stored on your device.

Children's Privacy

Manifest is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Data Retention

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by removing the Manifest extension from Chrome.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Manifest after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
