Terms of Service

Welcome to Manifest. By installing or using the Manifest Chrome Extension ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Extension.

1. About Manifest

Manifest is a Chrome browser extension that replaces your new tab page with a personal vision board. It allows you to curate images, set daily affirmations, track manifestations, and view local weather — all designed to keep your goals front of mind every time you open a new tab.

Manifest is operated by Barefoot Brands, based in London, Ontario, Canada.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Manifest. By using the Extension, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent before using the Extension.

The Manifest name, logo, design, and all associated content are the property of Barefoot Brands. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Extension without our written permission.

Images surfaced through the Pexels integration remain the property of their respective photographers and are subject to the Pexels License. By adding images to your board, you agree to use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6. Third-Party Services

Manifest integrates with third-party services including Pexels (images) and OpenWeatherMap (weather). Your use of these services through Manifest is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Manifest is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content provided through the Extension.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Barefoot Brands shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Extension, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Manifest shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Extension in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Manifest at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Extension will immediately cease.

You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Extension after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Manifest shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
